We've now been here a little more than an hour. Stephanie just got into a delivery room, but they wouldn't let me stay in the room with her. So I’m back out in the waiting area. No one knew how long I’d have to wait.

Is it 1960? Why can't you be in there with her? I know you love waiting rooms but...okay, okay, I'm working.

ReplyDeleteI'd definitely challenge not being in room with her... she must be so bored... Doesn't look like she has books/magazines/grants to write with her so what is she doing to stay un-bored? Hospital sounds like it needs its policies to be undated the the current century.
